RACHEL MENZOIAN

Rachel has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2008. She graduated from Georgia State in 2005 with her Masters in Professional Counseling. For the last 21 years she worked with North Point Ministries and was a Director in the Care Network. Rachel currently works with men, women and couples navigating a difficult season in life including; boundary issues, divorce/separation, marriage, anxiety, step-family, self-worth, co-dependency, co-parenting, life transitions, time-management, pre-marital, forgiveness and grief.
On a personal note, Rachel has 2 teenagers and lives in Forsyth County. After 13 years of marriage, Rachel navigated through a difficult and devastating divorce. In the midst of heartbreaking brokenness, Rachel's faith in God strengthened as she trusted in His grace and promises. Rachel is now happily remarried.

MAX MERRITT
LPC
Since 2016 Max has counseled in both a school-based setting working with children and adolescents, and in an agency setting working with people of all ages. Max has helped clients address many concerns related to: ADHD, high functioning Autism, anxiety, depression, self-harm/suicide, anger management, addiction, relationship counseling, bullying, self-esteem, and career counseling. Max counsels largely from a Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered Therapy orientation and also offers Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Max graduated from Regent University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
To refuel Max likes to read, bicycle, attend concerts, spend time with family, volunteer at church, and play either his acoustic or bass guitars.

LINDSEY DASHER
Associate Professional Counselor

Completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Lindsey has a passion for working with individuals and couples who need help with relationship challenges, financial strain, and navigating major life events. She has a heart for women experiencing peripartum issues such as anxiety, depression, and loss of identity. She believes these women need a safe space to get out all of their thoughts and feelings. Lindsey believes that counseling should be the place where you can express the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful in life. She has experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and divorce/separation.
Lindsey has a degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Science in Counseling from the University of North Georgia.
Lindsey has been married to her high school sweetheart for 13 years and they have 3 children together. She refuels by spending time with her family, volunteering at church, and watching her favorite shows on repeat.

MARINA MEISNER

Marina graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies concentrating in Social Sciences and Health and Human Services. She is currently finishing her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Marina is passionate about working with the next generation and has spent several years mentoring high school students through the church. Marina has a heart for helping young adults and teens gain perspective and renewed confidence. Marina refuels by spending time outdoors with her husband, traveling to visit her siblings, and enjoying a good coffee shop.

Ingrid Amason

Ingrid graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is currently finishing her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University.
Ingrid is passionate about working with children and has spent several years working in youth ministry through her church. Ingrid has a heart for helping children and young adults learn more about themselves, their personalities, and attachment styles as she sees that all three factors play a big role understanding ourselves, others, and enriching our lives. WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES REFUEL COUNSELING TAKE?
Refuel Counseling accepts cash, check, Venmo, Paypal, credit card and HSA cards. Payment is due at the time of services.
DOES REFUEL ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a superbill which is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
HOW MUCH DOES REFUEL COUNSELING CHARGE FOR SERVICES?
$160 for individuals/ $175 for couples with Rachel
$150 for individuals with Max
$125 for individuals/ $140 for couples with Lindsey
$110 for individuals with Marina
$75 for individuals with Ingrid
WHERE IS REFUEL COUNSELING LOCATED?
We are located in Cumming, off exit 13 of 400. 2450 Atlanta Highway, Building 502.
IS REFUEL CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS?
Yes, please contact us to set up an appointment. We are meeting with clients online or safely in person.
DOES REFUEL OFFER VIRTUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS?
Yes! We offer virtual services, which allows you to engage in counseling from the comfort of your own space. This also give us the opportunity to work with clients located outside of our area. Virtual sessions are done through a secure and confidential link.
